A journey which was poignant, memorable and epic for not only the people we follow along with, but rather the specks of wisdom that the show sprinkles throughout. Through its amazing cinematography, sweet chemistry and intriguing messages, this drama will indeed keep your interest as it sets itself apart from most other dramas.
Like many already have (and eventually will), I am certainly not the first nor last blogger to share their thoughts on this drama. Goblinwas perhaps the most anticipated drama of the remaining quarter of 2016 and as expected, it did indeed deliver. After laughing and crying my heart out for numerous hours (and recovering from the numbing feeling that I felt for hours after watching the drama), as well as falling into a little slump for a couple of weeks, I have finally gained the courage to close this drama, and finally say my farewell to our Goblin and his bride.
A revenge melodrama that went out of its way to be both light and laid-back at times. It’s a drama of its own style with a pretty amazing cast, but if you decide to skip and not bother with this one, you’re not missing out on much.
Hey everyone! I may finally be back, at least for the next couple of weeks! My first practicum is done and dusted, and I can finally focus purely on my blog as well as my part-time job. This particular review has been long overdue (I had started writing this even before my practicum started) and I’ve finally FINALLY gotten the chance to post it. To be honest, I came across this drama by accident simply because…some cuts on Instagram were total eye candy :3 (Lee Jin Wook you~)
So, without further ado, let’s get on with this review 😉
A drama worth watching; a journey worth experiencing…
Overall Review:
A drama that has, and will forever, teach me about life and how grateful I should be of each day I am given. With its impeccable writing and an amazing cast, this drama took me on a journey that was thought-provoking, moving, memorable and inspirational.
Hello~~ Welcome back to the site! Today will be another Kdrama review!!! I’ve been enjoying my holidays quite a lot by catching up on a couple of dramas that I’ve been eyeing on for the past couple of months, years even. “49 Days” was one of them, a drama that I had put aside for at least a year or two as I wasn’t too sure about what is was about. Not wanting to ruin too much for myself, I left it and kind-of forgot that I wanted to watch it in the first place!
But, after realising that Bae Soo Bin was in the drama (I’ve been on a recent witchhunt-like routine with him for the past week or so LOL), I wanted to see into his other works apart from the famous classic ‘revenge’ Kdrama “Temptations of an Angel”. But, after I had watched the first two episodes, I realised that my love for Soo Bin’s acting wasn’t the main reason for me finishing the drama in just under 2 days; it was due to the amazing and wonderfully talented Lee Yo Won who truly made this drama one of the most popular Kdramas of 2011, and possibly one of my most favourite dramas of all time.
So, shall we begin??
Note: It may be impossible for this review to be spoiler-free, and I would recommend anyone who is considering to watch this drama, to avoid any possible spoilers at all costs. Knowing anything about the ending may possibly ruin the experience. I will be making notices before and after any possible spoilers in the review. Regardless you have been warned.
Hi everyone, I AM FINALLY BACK!!! Sadly, not for too long. More essays are due quite soon, so I won’t really have much time to watch anymore dramas. In the meantime, more song/maybe anime reviews will be up very soon. This drama has been delayed for a VERY VERY LONG TIME!!! Today’s review is on “That Winter, The Wind Blows”, which was broadcasted in South Korea between February and April this year. Clearly, I have been quite delayed in watching this but, like I stated before, I never had the chance to get to it.
Hi guys and welcome to my very first Kmovie review! *clap and cheers all around* Yay!!! These have been LONG overdue, and it’s about time that I took initiative and wrote one ALREADY!
Now, before you all misunderstand, I am not referring to the Daisy from ‘The Great Gatsby’, no no no. If you were looking for ‘The Great Gatsby’ then I do apologise beforehand but you are in the wrong place, and I never intentionally tried to troll you, maybe…
