Hey hey ya’ll and welcome back to the Asian Drama Challenge day #24. For today’s question, it is:

The unhealthiest drama OTP who were better off not being together at all

Well well well, where do I begin? There are just so many out there, where do I begin even? To ensure that I don’t end up rambling and ranting on, I will cut this list down to just 3 (originally I had about 5-6 on this list xD)

1. Sealed With a Kiss [C-drama]

You should have all see this coming really. This relationship was a bloody joke. Shao Qian was violent, abusive and never respected Tong Xue, yet he still had the audacity to say that he cared and loved her? Are you mental or what?! And Tong Xue, do you have Stockholm Syndrome?!!! Who cares about your excuse of an uncle?! Look after yourself first, would you? Never should someone be caught in a relationship like that, ever. EVER! F*** that couple, f*** them! Screw the drama!!! *runs off screaming*

2. The Heirs [K-drama]

Yeah…I’m sure you all know why this couple just shouldn’t have bothered becoming one in the first place. The whole journey was such a mental and emotional toll on both of them, especially Eun Sang. The poor girl got into that whole mess of a relationship because of Kim Tan (and because he wouldn’t take no for an answer). Sure, not meeting him would mean that she perhaps won’t meet ‘the love of her life’, but wouldn;t a safe and easy relationship be a lot better than the stress and overall mess that that relationship brought? *raises own hand* And, can we remind ourselves that these are 18 year olds…18??!!! When I was 18, I was still having a dilemma over which books to buy for uni, and what pens I’ll need to use. Not any of this rubbish…*deep sigh*

3. Too Late to say I Love You [C-drama]

Once again, another obsessive relationship where one male’s addiction over another person’s lady goes out of control, to the point where the male is persuading and forcing the woman to display affections for him when she doesn’t have them! Later on things get real messy to the point where I’m just as tired as the female lead. I mean, I love you Wallace but your character is this is just way too toxic and intense…I just can’t.

Here’s the 30 Day Asian Drama Challenge if you are interested in joining!  I’m looking forward to seeing everyone’s answers to these questions.

  1. Mm, girl, nailed it. I only read the synopsis of Sealed With a Kiss before I ran away screaming. And Heirs made me want to take up kickboxing. NO *kick* CHEMISTRY. NO *roundhouse* PLOT.
