Hi everyone! So, before I begin catching up on this challenge. let me explain what the hell just happened over the past couple of days.
If you have seen my previous post, you may have been aware that I was in full-exam mode, and have been for the past few days. Therefore, my brain tried to prioritise itself, and ended up shutting off blogging, period. It honestly killed me to not be able to blog out my thoughts; now I know how a recovering drug addict must feel like – it just sucks.
So, long story short – I went on a mini hiatus to study and do my last exams, and I am now a free woman for at the next three months…MORE BLOGGING TIME!! Oh, and stay tuned for another hiatus possibly happening around about early net year, but I’ll tell you guys more details in the future. For now, let us catch up on what I have missed over the past couple of days.
Day 22: Your favourite picture of your favourite k-pop group
So, number one, my favourite group is Super Junior (as may already know). Number 2, they have been around ever since 2005 (2006 if you count Kyuhyun and 2008 if you count both Zhou Mi and Henry into the picture too) which means that there is possibly THOUSANDS OF PHOTOS all across the internet OF them.
…How am I meant to sum this down?! *Sigh* Well, here goes…
For the longest time, this was the wallpaper of my computer…ah wait, it still is! (love this photo way too much)
Day 23: A picture of a k-pop idol who you think is underrated
A very talented yet underrated idol within the Kpop world and her own group
A very underrated idol, both in f(x) and in the Kpop industry. She should be shown way more popularity than she is receiving at the moment. Hoepfully, I will see her do more solo singing in the coming future.
Day 24: A picture of a k-pop idol who you think is overrated
No hate for the man, but he is someone who has been raved about way too much…
Recently, I have seen a lot in the news about the whole hype about Taeyang’s comeback, an how much of a ‘big deal’ it was with everybody I knew. I understand that he has been missing in action for quite some time but honestly, his music isn’t that amazing, at least in my opinion.
And hate me for it, see if I care. I love Big Bang as a band, but Taeyang on his own just doesn’t have that wow factor, like all 5 combined members do. He hasn’t got the strongest vocals, nor does he rap the best out of the whole group. All I notice is him always being half-naked in every music video, regardless of the weather…I’m sorry, this is somehow starting to sound more and more like a rant…><
Day 25: Your favourite k-pop music video
I’m not really too sure as to whether or not I should answer this question once again, but I’m assuming it’s in the challenge because by now, there is probably another music video that I am currently loving…and there is, no surprise.
This MV right here is amazingly stunning, both song and the video itself. I want to do a separate review on the MV later on, so I won’t share too much on here but yes, this is my current favourite MV and song actually 🙂
So there it is, I have finally catched up! Hooray!!!
